By booking a place in LEGO® Therapy sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Full payment is required in advance to secure your child’s place unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are non-refundable once a block of sessions has started.
If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the place may be offered to another family.
2. Session Structure
LEGO® Therapy is delivered in small groups at scheduled times.
Sessions run for 1 hour and start and finish promptly.
Parents/carers are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected on time.
3. Cancellations by Parents/Carers
Before a block starts:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start date will receive a full refund (minus any booking/admin fee if applicable).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
During a block:
No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
Sessions cannot be transferred to another date or child.
4 Missed Sessions
If your child is unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible.
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
This policy reflects the small group nature of LEGO® Therapy and the reserved place for your child.
5. Provider Cancellations
If a session must be cancelled by NeuroKind London due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances:
A replacement session will be offered where possible, or
A credit or refund will be provided for the cancelled session.
6. Illness and Wellbeing
Children should not attend sessions if they are unwell or have a contagious illness.
If a child becomes unwell during a session, parents/carers will be contacted and may be asked to collect early.
7. Behaviour and Participation
LEGO® Therapy aims to provide a safe and supportive environment.
Reasonable behaviour expectations apply.
If a child’s behaviour presents a risk to themselves, other children, or staff:
Parents/carers will be informed.
Strategies or adjustments may be discussed.
In rare cases, sessions may be paused or discontinued if needs cannot be safely met.
Refunds are not guaranteed if a place is withdrawn due to safety concerns.
8. Collection and Responsibility
Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
Late collection may incur a charge of £[amount] per [time period] if persistent.
Children will only be released to authorised adults unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
9. Information and Consent
Parents/carers must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their child’s medical, behavioural, and support needs.
NeuroKind London must be informed of any changes that may affect participation.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect a child’s ability to attend safely.
10. Safeguarding
NeuroKind London is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in line with our Safeguarding Policy and UK statutory guidance.
11. Data Protection
Personal information is stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering services.
Information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required for safeguarding or legal reasons.
Data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR
12. Changes to Services
NeuroKind London reserves the right to:
Adjust session times or locations if necessary
Change facilitators where required
Update these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be available on request or on our website.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and/or making payment, you confirm that:
