By booking a place in LEGO® Therapy sessions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

LEGO® Therapy Terms & Conditions

LEGO® Therapy at NeuroKind London is a structured, play-based intervention designed to support children’s social communication, collaboration, and emotional regulation.

Sessions are delivered by a trained Neurodevelopmental Practitioner in a safe and supportive environment.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Full payment is required in advance to secure your child’s place (unless otherwise agreed)

  • Pricing:

    • £30 per single session

    • £270 for a 10-week block

    • £300 for a 12-week block

  • A place is only confirmed once payment has been received

  • If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the place may be offered to another family

Important:

  • Block bookings are non-refundable once purchased

  • Payments are non-refundable once a block has started

3. Session Structure

  • Sessions are 60 minutes, delivered weekly

  • Delivered in small, carefully matched groups or 1:1 where appropriate

  • Sessions start and finish promptly

  • Children take part in structured roles:

    • Engineer

    • Builder

    • Supplier

  • Roles rotate to support skill development

Parent Responsibility:

  • Ensure children arrive and are collected on time

4. Cancellations by Parents/Carers

Before a Block Starts:

  • More than 7 days’ notice → Full refund (minus any admin fee if applicable)

  • Within 7 days → Non-refundable

During a Block:

  • No refunds or credits for missed sessions (including illness, holidays, or other reasons)

  • Sessions are non-transferable

5. Missed Sessions

  • If your child cannot attend, please inform us as soon as possible

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

  • This reflects the small group model and reserved placement

6. Provider Cancellations

If NeuroKind London cancels a session due to illness, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • A replacement session will be offered where possible, or

  • A credit or refund will be provided

7. Illness & Wellbeing

  • Children should not attend if they are unwell or have a contagious illness

  • If a child becomes unwell during a session:

    • Parents/carers will be contacted

    • Early collection may be required

8. Behaviour & Participation

We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment:

  • Children are expected to engage respectfully

  • Staff will support emotional regulation where needed

If behaviour presents a risk:

  • Parents/carers will be informed

  • Strategies or adjustments may be discussed

  • Sessions may be paused or discontinued if needs cannot be safely met

Important:
Refunds are not guaranteed if placement is withdrawn due to safety concerns

9. Group Placement & Suitability

Children are placed based on:

  • Age

  • Communication ability

  • Emotional regulation

  • Social readiness

NeuroKind London reserves the right to:

  • Adjust group placement

  • Recommend alternative support (e.g., 1:1 sessions)

  • Pause or discontinue sessions if required

9. Information and Consent

  • Parents/carers must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their child’s medical, behavioural, and support needs.

  • NeuroKind London must be informed of any changes that may affect participation.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may affect a child’s ability to attend safely.

10. Collection & Responsibility

  • Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session

  • Late collection may incur a charge of £ 1 per minute

  • Children will only be released to authorised adults unless agreed in writing

11. Parent Responsibilities

Parents/carers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Inform us of any changes in behaviour, health, or needs

  • Ensure their child is fit to attend

  • Support consistent attendance

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect safe participation.

12. Progress & Reviews

  • Progress is monitored throughout sessions

  • Feedback may be provided verbally or in writing

  • Reviews are recommended at the end of each block

  • Ongoing support will be discussed based on progress

13. Safeguarding

NeuroKind London is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Any safeguarding concerns will be handled in line with UK statutory guidance and safeguarding procedures.

14. Data Protection

  • Personal information is stored securely

  • Used only for service delivery

  • Not shared without consent unless required for safeguarding or legal reasons

  • Managed in accordance with UK GDPR

15. Media Consent

Photos or videos will only be taken or used with prior parental consent.

16. Changes to Services

NeuroKind London reserves the right to:

  • Adjust session times or locations if necessary

  • Change facilitators where required

  • Update these Terms & Conditions (latest version available on request)

17. Agreement

By enrolling your child in LEGO® Therapy at NeuroKind London, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to comply with the policies outlined
