ABOUT US

Welcome to NeuroKind London

A website created to support neurodiverse families and educators.

Meet the Founder of NeuroKind London

Behind NeuroKind London is a passionate SEN teacher, neurodevelopmental practitioner, and mum who is dedicated to helping neurodivergent children feel understood, supported, and empowered.

My journey into special educational needs began in the classroom. As a teacher, I quickly realised that many children were struggling not because they lacked ability, but because they needed the right understanding, support, and environment to thrive. Seeing the difference that the right strategies and compassion could make inspired me to specialise in supporting children with additional needs.

Over the years, I developed a deep passion for helping children build social communication skills, emotional regulation, and confidence, particularly through engaging and structured approaches such as LEGO® Therapy and social skills interventions.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with families who simply want to understand their child better and help them thrive. That journey — walking alongside both children and parents — is what inspired me to create NeuroKindLondon.

A Little Personal Note

I’m a Virgo, which probably explains my love for organisation, planning, and creating structured support systems that help children succeed.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

Alongside my role as a teacher, I am a qualified Neurodevelopmental Practitioner and a valued member of the wonderful team at Mindscape London. Together, we support individuals and families through the process of gaining an Autism and/or ADHD diagnosis, carrying out thorough and respectful neurodevelopmental assessments.

I understand that seeking a diagnosis can sometimes feel overwhelming or emotional. My aim is always to make this journey feel clearer, supportive, and empowering, ensuring that individuals and families feel heard, validated, and understood every step of the way.

Why I Created NeuroKind London

NeuroKind London was created to bridge the gap between schools, families, and children who need additional support.

Through NeuroKind, I work with schools and families to provide practical, supportive interventions that help children develop the skills they need to succeed both socially and emotionally.

Services include:

  • LEGO® Therapy sessions

  • Social skills groups

  • Emotional regulation support

  • SEN interventions for schools

  • Parent and school guidance

Each session is designed to help children build confidence, develop friendships, and better understand their emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

A Personal Perspective

Being a mum to a young daughter gives me a personal perspective on the importance of emotional wellbeing, belonging, and support. I understand the hopes and concerns that parents carry, and this perspective shapes the compassionate approach at the heart of NeuroKind London.

Family, kindness, and emotional wellbeing guide everything I do.

My mission is simple:
To help neurodivergent children feel confident in who they are, support schools in meeting diverse needs, and empower families with the knowledge and tools to help their children flourish.

Through play, structure, and understanding, children can explore who they are, practise new skills, and feel proud of what they can do. Support should feel encouraging, not demanding.
